MAKING A RESERVATION
Starting the reservation process is as simple as reaching out to us! Fill out the form and let us know what dates you are available to come ride, what type of experience you are looking for, and how we can make your experience exceptional.
MAKING PAYMENT
Once we confirm with you the date and time available, you will be required to pay for your experience. We offer multiple payment methods to make payments fast and securely.

Once we confirm payment is made the reservation will be official. Payment for your experience must be made in full to reserve your day.
BEING PREPARED
To ensure that your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible, you should make sure you have the proper preparations before you arrive at our ranch.
- Proper clothing – Make sure you are wearing appropriate footwear for riding. No flip-flops or beach sandals.
- It can get HOT in Vietnam. make sure to bring a bottle of water and sun protection. If you bring spray sunscreen please refrain from spraying around our horses.
THINGS TO KNOW
In Vietnam, horses tend to be smaller. Our horses can safely accommodate riders up to 70kg (155 lbs). If you are over that weight, we will not be able to let you ride at this time. We are importing some larger horses later this year to accommodate larger riders.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
In the event of bad weather, we will happily work with you to reschedule your experience. If we are unable to reschedule, we will be happy to issue a refund.
In all cases other than inclement weather, no cancellations are allowed. Our trainers prepare in advance to prepare your ride, and because of this, we do not allow cancellations. In the event you need to reschedule, we may be able to accommodate you based on available time slots. Rescheduling rides are at the sole discretion of the trainer.
